What size do I need?
There are four ways you can reserve a storage space with Got Storage; Small 7 x 10 – studio suite, Medium 7 x 13 – 1 bedroom, Large 7 x 16 – 2 bedroom, X-Large 7 x 20 – 3 bedroom.
What if my storage space size needs change?
If you are an active customer and your storage space size needs change, you can request a transfer to a larger or smaller unit at any time. With no long-term contracts and monthly billing, you’re not locked into a unit. To request a transfer, speak to a customer service representative.
How do I add or designate who can access my storage room?
When you move-in, let the staff member know who is able to enter your storage unit. They will add them to your contract. Otherwise, you can add or remove individuals through your Got Storage account.
How do I access my storage unit?
You can access your unit during office hours by talking to the representative in the office or calling the office number.
What is a Modular storage unit or facility?
Modular storage facilities are facilities where weather and rodent proof storage is managed within the building. That means, that the temperature within the facility is anywhere between 65 to 85 degrees depending on the time of the year. That means your items don’t get exposed to changes in temperature and humidity outside,which can cause damage to your items should they be in storage long-term.
